Choose dates. The front desk staff were tremendously pleasant, plus helpful with directions. The room was bright, very clean, comfortable, smelled good on entering, quiet, pillows were perfect. It features an indoor pool and free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff breakfast was great. Localization and kind person at the front desk. Facilities include an indoor pool and sauna. Location was good , room was very large. Guest rooms provide telephones. WiFi is available. It was a quiet location and easy to get to and come back to.

Great hotel for traveling, as was very close to interstate. Very nice room, good breakfast, has a basic fitness center. The location is easy to get to and close to a variety of restaurants and gas stations.

Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Our bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Price was reasonable. A short drive to the Omaha Zoo, and Downtown. Can highly recommend Steakhouse at Harrah's. Just a short drive from the hotel make a reservation for view of the river! The staff are very professional and helpful. The hotel is modern clean and the beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast was good parking lot is well lighted indoor pool with hot tub were nice as was the work out room.

Really enjoyed my stay. I recommend finding accommodations in Omaha. Council bluffs is just a huge truck route. The best thing to do there is go to the Squirrel Cage Jail. It is very unique and interesting. Other than that, there really isn't much else to do there. I have no plans to ever return. The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Lovely staff and my daughter enjoyed the indoor pool!

Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Definitely check out the zoo and there are a lot of food options nearby. Harrahs has gone downhill. Not worth what I was charged at all. Very disappointed no construction discount. Room was very dated and did not over look River. I could smell smoke. Needs remodel. Sinks drained very slow. I often stay in budget hotels for work and am used to them being older and worn down.

While I was expecting this with this hotel, I was surprised to find myself in a beautiful, completely renovated room! Everything was new and clean! Additionally, the woman who runs the desk in the evenings Lynn, I believe was so kind, funny and personable. Jessica was the one on duty when we arrived she was friendly and professional she was Fantastic. Christina was also so very helpful and friendly she too was Fantastic the breakfasts were wonderful This will be my hotel to stay at when coming back home for a visit which I do several times a year.

Staff is always A plus! Facility is always clean and well situated for all excursions. My granddaughter swam and my sisters who met on from Minnesota sat in the hot tub. I took a nap on the excellent beds. Great variety-- however when I checked in the night before the breakfast vouchers were not provided. Had to call later to confirm that we would have breakfast in the morning.

Also, it was NOT explained if t breakfast was in the hotel lobby or casino. I liked the comfortable Beds, large hot tub, free hot breakfast in the morning, the manager's helpfulness when we needed to be moved to a quieter location within the hotel, having a nice hotel on the Iowa side of Omaha.

I liked that it was close to the Casinos and Iowa Western which was our destination. When visiting the city with little ones, try to stay somewhere that is near the Narrows River Access County Park, as this park has a large playground and is a nice area to enjoy a family picnic.
